By accessing or using the M-Rent Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Agreement Overview These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and M-Rent governing your access to and use of: The M-Rent website (including subdomains) Mobile, tablet, and smart device applications Application program interfaces (APIs) All associated services Together, these are referred to as the “M-Rent Platform.” When we refer to “M-Rent,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means the entity you are contracting with. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. 2. Scope of M-Rent Services 2.1 Platform Role M-Rent is an online marketplace that allows: Hosts to publish services ("Listings") Guests to browse and book these services Host Services may include: Accommodations Experiences Events Other travel and non-travel services 2.2 No Ownership or Control M-Rent does not: Own or manage Listings Provide Host Services Act as a broker or insurer All agreements are directly between Hosts and Guests. 2.3 No Guarantee M-Rent does not guarantee: Quality, safety, or legality of Listings Accuracy of descriptions or reviews Behavior or performance of users “Verified” status does not mean endorsement. 2.4 Independent Relationship Hosts are independent contractors, not employees or agents of M-Rent. 2.5 Content & Translation Listings may appear in ads, emails, and third-party platforms Content may be translated (e.g., via Google Translate) Accuracy of translations is not guaranteed 2.6 Third-Party Services The platform may include external links. M-Rent is not responsible for third-party services. 2.7 Platform Availability M-Rent may: Restrict access Perform maintenance Update or modify services 3. Eligibility 3.1 Age Requirement You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering a contract. 3.2 Verification M-Rent may require: Identity verification Ratings or review thresholds Booking history checks 3.3 No Identity Guarantee We do not guarantee user identity verification accuracy. 3.4 Additional Terms Certain features may have separate terms that override these Terms. 3.5 Third-Party Terms Use of services like: Apple App Store Google Maps is subject to their respective terms. 4. Modification of Terms M-Rent may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance Continued use = acceptance of updated Terms You may terminate your account if you disagree 5. Account Registration 5.1 Account Creation You must create an account to: Book services Publish listings 5.2 Registration Methods You can register via: Email and password Social accounts (e.g., Facebook, Google) 5.3 Accurate Information You must provide and maintain: Accurate Current Complete information 5.4 Account Restrictions Only one account per user Accounts cannot be transferred 5.5 Security Responsibility You must: Keep credentials secure Report unauthorized access immediately 5.6 Authorized Access You may allow others limited access (e.g., co-hosts), but: Do NOT share login credentials 6. Content 6.1 User Content Users may upload: Text Images Videos Other content 6.2 License M-Rent grants limited rights to: Access content Use the platform for personal, non-commercial use 7. Service Fees 7.1 Fees M-Rent may charge: Host Fees Guest Fees 7.2 Fee Changes Fees may change with prior notice. 7.3 Payment Responsibility Users must pay all applicable fees, including taxes. 8. Bookings 8.1 Accommodation Booking A booking grants a temporary license to use the property. 8.2 Checkout Rules Must leave on time Late checkout may result in Overstay Fees 8.3 Experiences & Events Users must: Meet eligibility requirements Follow host instructions Comply with laws 9. Cancellations & Refunds 9.1 Modifications Users are responsible for any booking changes. 9.2 Guest Cancellation Refunds depend on the Host’s cancellation policy. 9.3 Host Cancellation Guests receive a full refund. 9.4 Platform Intervention M-Rent may cancel bookings if necessary for safety or policy reasons. 9.5 Resolution Center Used for: Refunds Additional charges Damage claims 10. Ratings & Reviews Users can leave ratings and reviews These reflect personal opinions only Manipulation of reviews is prohibited 11. Damage & Responsibility Guests are responsible for: Leaving the property in original condition Their own actions and those of their guests
